A bee is an insect. Its fuzzy body picks up pollen from flowers.
A bee has 6 legs. You can see 4. The other 2 are on the other side.
A little pollen.
A big help!
Pollen is yellow dust in flowers. Bees carry it from flower to flower. This helps plants make seeds and fruit.
One hive.
One big team.
Honeybees live together in a big group. Some other bees live alone.
Busy helpers
Workers are girl bees. They find food, make honeycomb and feed baby bees.
From egg to bee!

The queen lays a tiny egg in a little wax room.
How do bees make honey?
Flowers have a sweet juice called nectar. Bees take it to the hive. Then they dry it out to make honey.
Bees flap their wings like fans. This dries the nectar.
